While the Monarch Club welcomes guests to enjoy its restaurant, spa, and event venues, many of its premier amenities—including sports courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, and private library—are reserved exclusively for Trilogy® residents.

The 31,000-square-foot Monarch Club serves as the vibrant hub of the community, offering endless opportunities to stay active, socialize, and grow. It’s a place to meet new friends, discover fresh interests, and embrace a lifestyle centered on connection, learning, and well-being.
The Monarch Club’s 150,000-gallon heated pool—kept at a comfortable 82 degrees year-round—offers dedicated spaces for lap swimming, aqua aerobics, group classes, and family fun. Professionally maintained three times a week and monitored daily by on-site staff, the pool consistently meets 100% of San Luis Obispo County’s health and safety standards. A full pool remodel is planned for spring 2023, ensuring an even better experience for members.
Life at the Monarch Club is all about making the most of every day. Members enjoy exclusive access to a variety of clubhouse events, including outdoor concerts, educational workshops, lively dance parties, and popular vintner’s festivals. The Lifestyle Team also organizes offsite excursions throughout the Central Coast, giving members the chance to explore the region with friends and neighbors.
The Exploration Lounge, home to a member-curated library, is the Monarch Club’s most exclusive space reserved solely for members. This cozy retreat is the ideal spot to sip coffee, browse the Sunday Times, and get lost in a good book.
The Monarch Club features a state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with group classes and dedicated personal trainers to support every stage of your wellness journey. Members enjoy year-round, instructor-led classes for all fitness levels, including aqua fit, yoga, weight training, and more. The Fitness Center underwent a full renovation in October 2022, offering an upgraded space designed to inspire and motivate.
The Monarch Club features four regulation pickleball courts with stadium seating, three competition-level tennis courts, and four bocce courts complete with equipment available for members and their guests. Members can take part in tennis and pickleball clinics led by the on-site professional, along with a variety of social events, tournaments, and workshops designed to bring the community together.
The Art Studio at the Monarch Club is a welcoming space for members to connect, create, and learn together. Open to all skill levels, it’s the perfect place to unwind—whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a brush for the first time. Throughout the year, the studio also hosts professional-led workshops, offering guidance and inspiration to help members refine their craft.
